When I open IE or Netscape, they auto minimize to the
task bar. I cannot open them from there by double left
clicking only right clicking and selecting open.

My screen saver settings don't seem to take. It doesn't
matter how many minutes I set it to, it seems to kick in
the screen saver within about 10 minutes.
