I Installed Autopatcher XP on my system and I let it do its thing.
What I didn't realize was it installed a registry setting that
disabled the welcome screen and made classic logon the default. I go
into user settings in control panel and check welcome screen and fast

I enabled the Japanese language so I could get and send e-
mails in both languages. However, when I am looking at
English language websites, many times Japanese characters
are interspersed with the English. This is very annoying.

I'm trying to use an AUTORUN.INF on a CF Stick in my USB
Card Reader just as I would on a CD-R Disk and WinXP
Professional just ignores it.

at some point my "Recent Documents" under the start menu
quit working.  It had several items listed but they were
very old and recent documents aren't showing up any
more.  I have tried to remove the "Recent Documents"

I finally figured out how to get the wallpaper of my
choice into the toolbars of OE, IE and Explore..

The desktop tab is missing from my display properties
(Windows XP Pro Ver 5.1 SP 1)  How can I change the
desktop background without this tab.  Also if I right-
click on a picture there is no option to save as desktop.
