I do not seem to be able to change the color of the text
under the icons on my Desktop (the icon labels).  I can
change the font type and font size, and even make the text
bold or italic.  But the color button is greyed out.

I am trying to disable all visual effects on workstations.
I would like to ensure no visual effects are loaded.
I do not want to do this via System Properties --> Advanced --> Performance

I read some MSN advice about freeing resources and
accordingly changed a few things like adopting a "Windows
Classic" theme.  'Then when I signed off, there were only
2 rather than 3 User Account Icons. The 3rd user can not

Since I upgraded to Windows 98 to Windows XP, Net Meeting does not work
anymore. Is there a way to make it work? I was using the remote desktop

Thru the user account in my control panel I"m able to put my name on the title bar in the Start menu. What is not working is the pic I choose is NOT going to the start menu title bar. It is however showing in the user account section. Any one know what is going on?

Although I have set the Folder Options to "Apply to all
Folders" (view set to Details), My Computer regularly
displays the contents of folders in Tile view.  This

components... There has to be a way to remove this
software, because I don't need it at all.
