I had an earlier version of IE (version 5) then got it
upgraded to IE6. Started having serious problems to the
point where i just have black pages. I then tried to

Is there a way to hide or ignore errors in offline files so when the user
logs off and a sync takes place but fails the system does hang showing the

I have a quick desktop theme question:
I was just thinking about an old desktop theme I had with
Windows 98 PLUS! and was wondering if there was any way to

Folders and dialogue boxes to open a file used to be
arranged by name but now are arranged by Date Modified.  
How do I default the system back to alpha order from Date
Modified order?  Tried Folder Options in My Computer and

When I plug in a USB drive (or cd) I get a prompt asking
what I want to do (copy, etc).  If I clicked "do nothing"

 Here is one for you wizards.
 This happened to me about a month ago and I reformatted
and started at square one. It just happened again this
morning.

In configuring the display in wXP I changed the background
to dark blue.  With white text its very easy on the eyes.  
However, when I mouseover or in some help windows I can't
read anything because the text is black.

The delay for screensavers is grayed out.  Not sure if
this is from another program or the result of an update.

Is there any way to get rid of the user name screen?  As I am the only user
I would like have the computer go directly to the desktop on startup.
