I recently did a clean reinstall of XP and now I would like to show the common tasks items on the left of my folder/windows when opened. I cannot use the Tools/FoldrOptions to correct this s it is ghosted out and will not let me select. Is there something I need to "click"

How do I change the default program to view pic files. I have Adobe Photoshop and it automatically launches if I click any kind of pic file. I would rather use a simpler software package that is quicker to launch

I have Windows XP Professional on my home computer. The Administrator is the only account that I set up. When I turned on my computer, it used to bypass the logon screen and go directly to the desk top.
