Has anyone encountered this problem?. My taskbar has moved to the top of the screen. No accidental clicking etc. It just moved on boot-up. The taskbar is not "locked" but refuses to be moved.

The volume icon disappears on the taskbar when I reboot. I can go to control panel, sounds and audio devices and check "place volume icon in taskbar" and it's there, but if I reboot it's gone. How can I get the volume icon to stay in the task bar? Thanks in advance for any Help.
