I have a Dell Dimension 4550 with the hard drive in two partitions.  Data
and other files are on D:, Windows and programs on C:

I am lookng for a way to do in XP what I have in W2K.  In W2K my Start menu
slides up and down in and out of view in a slow and smooth fashion.  I

Every time I double click a folder...any folder,  Windows
