On XP, when you start up the computer, just before the welcome screen
appears, there is a picture (usually something like a windows logo or
whoever you got the pc from logo.) How do you change it???

How do I change my Welcome screen to something that I want.  I can download
things from the internet but I would like to know how it is done so I can do

For instance i don't want zip folders, so I do:
