Folder options under the Tools menu does not display in XP Pro.  When we click on Tools there is no Folder Option.  How can I turn this on so we can go in and change the View settings?  We would like access to the Like Current Folder option.  Thanks

As well as the quick launch toolbar, the general taskbar
(where all the application buttons are) has somehow
multiplied into 2 identical ones. Is there a way to
switch this off?!?

Assume I'm looking at the general tab of a file's properties dialog box. I
click the change button of the Opens with: option. In the resulting dialog
box there is a check box under the list of programs which says "Always use
the selected program to open this kind of file" This ...
