I like to keep my unused ICONS hidden on the task bar
however this function keeps turning itself off.  Even
though the Properties still show it as selected, I lose
the open/close button and all inactive ICONS show.  Is

I will be opening an internet cafe, I  would like to know
how to disable: control panel, the registry in Windows XP
home? So, the customers can't modify the computers.
