When i hit this I dont not get the normal window that lets
you select processes, etc.  Instead I get a single window
and it will not let me know it no matter what.  I assume
it is a setting...any ideas?

I'm setting up 4 computer running Win Xp home for  school use and i what to
prevent pupils to delete files on c:\
I created a limited account for them, and an unlimited account for teacher
but it doesn't work, pupils are still able to delete system files!

I am having comcast broadband internet connection at home(Gateway computer
with Windows XP OS.).
Of late I am seeing some strange behaviour on my computer, where every few
minutes a windows opens up (not a pop up ad) on the task bar.

Someone has changed the settings on my mouse and now if I
click once it thinks it is a double click so I can't just
select things, I open everything I touch! This happens on
the desktop, Windows Explorer, etc. I hope this makes

I have office computer set to a seperate account(not admin) but has
admin properties.  In Control Panels/Mouse/Wheel I set the mouse to
"roll the wheel one notch to scroll" "3" lines at a time.  But when I
restart, it resets to scrolls only one line per mouse wheel scroll.

Searching the Internet I found some pages on autoexec.nt commands to
guide me in ridding the HD of unwanted files at bootup of WinXP Pro.
To example:
del /Q c:\docume~1\l[my user name]\Cookies\*.*

My IE toolbars come back to default after every restart.
forcing me to get rid of HP view, Links etc over and over
again. Does anyone here have a clue how this can be fixed?

I have this PC in  my garage that is going to run games using an HTML
page menu.  The problem I have is that when a user clicks on a file it
downloads a batch file (.BAT) and I want it so that it automatically
runs vs. opening the dialog prompt box that asks if you want to save
