How do I change the font that is used for all the main
windows functions, ie... the font under icons, in menus,

When I right-clicked on a Desktop shortcut application
icon there were six duplicate entries on the dropdown
menu list. The same thing occurs on right-clicks in the
Desktop Directory folders in Windows Explorer.

When I am using cmd.exe for some resaon I need to change
