I've gotten a new notebook and am giving my existing
computer to someone else.  I want to remove my name from
the computer, resgistry etc.  Can I do that (and how), or
do I hve to essentially reformat the hard drive and

    I partioned my hard drive. I would like to have the
Document and Settings folder on a different drive than
the Windows drive.

I'm having a slight problem with the My Pictures folder on my box.
You know how Display settings is supposed to read the folder for all
images to use as a background?  Mine is no longer doing that.  I've
changed my registry entry for the folder, but it's still not anywhere

i am trying to save a search to look in a certain folder for the "previous
week"
i can save it, but when i use it again it does not look in the folder,
instead it looks on the whole C drive, unless i change that parameter

I have 4 users on xp home, I want to stop msn from starting on the other users accounts - is it in startup - do move it from the all users startup and put it on only my startup

I am trying to open a tiff file on XP.  It will open within Internet
Explorer and not open in the application, Wang Imagining.  We don't want to
use the Windows Print and Fax Viewer that comes with XP.  We tried to delete
the file associations, but it still opens withing IE.
