I've been going nuts trying to figure this one out...How
do I disabled the Windows logo key so that it does not
open the start menu when it is pressed?  I don't want it
to do anything when it's pressed alone.

I setup up logon domain, and roaming profiles, and stuff... And, well, among
many files created, this is one of them. If I delete it, it gets re-created.
The thing is... Windows actually RUNS that file as a StartUp file. So every
