tested a server I made and made my home pc join the domain but now I have

Does anyone know how to do a file transfer in remote

When I right-click a folder in "Start / Programs", and select "Open",
it used to open the target folder as expected.
Lately, it opens a "Move to" window, then a "Copy to" window, and finally

When I turn on my computer a recorded message comes on

Yes, I tried all of that, but it still doesn't work. I
also tried to search in the ms support and tried all the
steps they show me but nothing seems to change.
Please tell me if you have any other suggestions
