When I right-click a folder in "Start / Programs", and select "Open", it used to open the target folder as expected. Lately, it opens a "Move to" window, then a "Copy to" window, and finally the target folder.

Yes, I tried all of that, but it still doesn't work. I also tried to search in the ms support and tried all the steps they show me but nothing seems to change. Please tell me if you have any other suggestions
