I wish to change the default tree-view that comes up when
Windows Explorer launches. Specifically, I wish to
have 'My Computer' un-collapsed, since I have to do that
each & every time I open WE. Any ideas?

I would like to remove the "Help and Support" entry from the XP Pro
start menu, but leave the function itself installed on the machine.  I
have used a script from Kelly's excellent web site in the past to
accomplish this, but now I cannot find the script.

I am using XP Pro and have a document stuck in the print queue of my
printer. I have pressed cancel/delete but it is still there.
Is there a tweak/utility I can use that will "flush" the print queue so

In customizing my Start Menu entries, I apparently made an error somewhere that I can not undo.  The problem is that I now have an empty folder in my Start Menu that I can not delete.  It was titled, "Administrative Tools" and initially in the "All Programs" section of the menu.  ...

When I was using Windows 98 and 2000 I could put icons on
