My boss wants to remove the color behind names of icons
listed on the desktop.  I figured out how to changes the
color of the box the words are in, but he wants it clear,
no color, clear where the background image can be seen.

The Icons on my Desktop keep moving every time I start my computer or
restart it. A few of them move one position over from where I left them on

My computer will not go into standby mode automatically

I cannot maunually put my computer into hibernation. I
have selected enable hibernation under power options but
when I press my power buton and it asks me what I want to
do, hibernation is not included as one of the options.
