My boss wants to remove the color behind names of icons listed on the desktop. I figured out how to changes the color of the box the words are in, but he wants it clear, no color, clear where the background image can be seen.

The Icons on my Desktop keep moving every time I start my computer or restart it. A few of them move one position over from where I left them on shutdown. How do I get them to stay where I left them? Any help gratefully accepted thanks

I cannot maunually put my computer into hibernation. I have selected enable hibernation under power options but when I press my power buton and it asks me what I want to do, hibernation is not included as one of the options.

I have accidentally erased all the power schemes under the Power Options from the Control Panel in Windows XP. Is there any way of restoring the default schemes or downloading them from anywhere?
