I created a custom system folder using line 130 of:

The folder works fine, shows on desktop & under my computer, but only in the right-hand pane of
explorer.  It does not show as part of the folder tree in the left-hand pane.

Each time I restart my computer, it loses the wallpaper
and screen saver settings.  How can I lock these settings
in place so that I don't have to change them each time I
restart my computer?

anyone know how to reinstall quick launch as mine is gone
and it says that it cannot create that toolbar
