Recently, I find that I cant move my taskbar as I do up, or
right or left to the screen in the past. Also, when i

I had wlnotify.dll set to run at startup.

Would like to write direct to cd-rw ie:' save as' in Excell or Word. Also when the CD-Writer in XP copies files they are converted to 'read only' thus preventing an over wright and forcing a new track to be created on the CD-RW. Can anyone help with this situation
