How do I stop the taskbar from popping up everytime a
window flashes? I have the taskbar on auto-hide and it's
annoying me.

I try to use my disk clean up on my C drive, I am running three drives off a
scsi pci card , no ide drives. and it causes my cpu(2.6) to overload and
heat up too much . Is there a quick fix any one knows? Thanks in advance
