I need to change the windows XP language from Dutch to
English. Does any one know how I can do this.

I'm sure I saw a setting somewhere, on a friend's
computer, in XP that would allow you to have open windows
saved on the desktop.  Thus having that window open when
the computer is rebooted.

I've tried to download the TweakUI powertoy for my XP-SP1a box, but each
time I try I get an error that it is not a valid Win32 application.  I have
checked my hosts file to see if I have been redirected, but it has nothing
other than localhost 127.0.0.1.  I've tried multiple times ...

Is there a registry setting to keep 'My Documents' from
auto-expanding when I open Windows Explorer?

Is there any way to force Outlook Express, or any other program that
utilizes what I'll call a sub-menu explorer, to default to "Details View"

Can some one please tell me how i can adjust the mouse
