As you know you can define a shortcut key to run the programs by pushing
some keys on your keyboard ,but I couldn't do this even a once ,I mean
doesn't work ! what would be the cause ?

I'm running Windows XP Pro, and I'm using a theme that I
copied over from WinME. What I've done is copied my entire
Plus! folder over from my old installation so all the
icons, theme files etc are still together.

l've got a problem that l'm pretty sure must be some easy

I'm running Windows XP. I'm having a problem creating
my "Quick Launch" toolbar.  The taskbar will not accept
any icons. This is not a simple matter of unlocking the
toolbar or checking the "show quick launch" box. In fact,
