I have gone into Explorer, selected View>Details>then to Folder Options>View
Tab>Apply to All Folders>Yes>OK.  When I reopen Explorer, it still opens in
the Icons View.  I have also Reset All Folders and did the above again to no
avail...  Also when in Save and/or Open Dialogue  ...

I am trying to create my own signature in outlook express.  I want it to have my name in cursive and a small picture from clipart.  When I try to make a new signature and hit, select a file.  I continually get the message * not a valid text file.

When in windows explorer, double clicking a sub-folder
now opens a search window instead of opening the sub-
folder. Also, if I right click on the sub-folder
icon, "search" is the top/bold item with open and explore

This is just a recent problem, not sure if a setting here
got messed with or whatever, but now i can no longer save
images from webpages, via right clicking, OR just pulling
up the direct image file URL and saving from there.

I continue to change the recycle bin desktop icon and save the Theme.
But, every time I restart the icon reverts back to the default.
Any ideas?

How can I control what type of documents are listed in my "My Recent
Documents " list in Win XP Home.  I would like to allow those from MS Office
but not image file extensions used by photos from my digital camera.

I AM CONSIDERING UPGRADEING MY "C" DRIVE TO NTFS FROM
FAT32. MY QUESTION IS WILL I USE MORE DRIVE SPACE BY
