My computer is doing something very strange and I don't know how to fix it. When you double click a folder to open it, instead of opening it, it opens a search screen for that folder. Any ideas?

Somehow I have managed to alter Windows Explorer's default for double clicking on a directory in the right panel. Normally when you double click on a directory in the right panel in explorer it explores that directory
