Is it possible to create a shortcut on the desktop to
turn off the computer rather than having to go via the

I have a problem with my Xp desktop rightclick menu.
when I login as administrator, it is OK. but when login
as my owner account, the right click menu does not work.
I thought it was causeed by running some IE cleanup tool.
