in win2000 there was a folder option that aloowed you to
place any picture of choice as the background of a desired
folder. is there a way to do this with xp?

do to various programs added and deleted my menu open
right clicking allows me to delete with wiping, send to
(blank), move, rename, and delete several filzip options
none of which i'll ever use. is there some way to edit

I miss the "Send To Any Folder" PowerToy from Win95.  Actually found it to be my most used file management tool.  Anything out there for XP like this? Could I use the Win95 toy in XP w/o causing problems?
