Is there a way of disabling tooltips in Windows XP?  I edited the
registry key:
HKEY_USERS/.DEFAULT/Control Panel/Desktop
to say 3E 00 00 00, but tooltips are still on.

How can I set a program to automatically open when I turn

For some unknown reason I am no longer able to customize my Toolbars.  When I go to View, Toolbars, the options - Standand button, Address bar and Links all have checks besides them and are greyed out and not functionable.  Text Label is the only functioning option available.  ...
