I have XP Pro and I can set all attributes for my screen
appearance, but under no circumstances can I save the
theme.  Any suggestions?

Does anybody know where the auto complete file is? I want to copy the file and ut it in somebody else's profile, but i can't find it. Can somebody help? Thanks

Since upgrading to AOL9 i cannot connect using my keyborad connect button  it opens with the HP page for internet sign up for AOL7 It never happened with AOL8  can some one help

hello, i jst purchased a dell 8300. running windows xp
professional with service pack 1. i am having a problem
settign up the behavior of my file folders. in windows
explorer i go to tools/ folder options/ and click on the

I read in a number of places that when using the Update Disc for Windows XP
that the Update Disc will request that you insert  a version of 98 to do a
clean install.
When I go thought this procedure I always get a message that Windows cannot

Does anyone know how you can show the folder size while
using Windows Explorer?  What I mean is that if you open
my documents and all the folders sizes listed are blank.  
Only the files sizes are listed.  Is there a registry key

I am the only person who uses my computer and I find the
logon screen totally unnecessary and a pain in the butt.  
Do I really need this?  Can I get rid of it period?  How
would this affect Outlook Express?  I have express set up

System Info show Running 265 meg physical RAM, after
initial boot / log-in, physical RAM available = only ~75
meg, even this value varies from boot to boot. Questions:
What is ideal physical RAM? Product box indicate 128 meg

Hi, I run XP professional, when I click on the wallpaper
display tab, I get the following message,
"Run a DLL as an App has encountered a problem and needs
to close"

in my windows XP installation I have the problem, that the shadows under the
menus are not shown.
The option to show the shadows is enabled in the system settings. It cannot
be a hardware problem because the shadows are shown in programs like Word
