Whoever installed windows XP on my machine must have
chosen France as the regional language instead of French
Canadian. When I get the login screen the defaut keyboard
is azerty even though I do not have it installed as a

A minor, but irritating point.
Using XP Plus,  I go to control panel/display/desktop to
choose a background (Red Moon Desert). Desired background
displays and all is well. But after an indeterminate

I have PSP and most of my graphic files are associated with it.
This gives all these different file types the same icon in Window
Explorer. I would like to give each file type their own icon, and
still have them remain associated with PSP. Is this possible?

My taskbar is acting stupid, it forgets what it looked
like before and restarts with a default look with the
quick launch toolbar (explorer, show desktop, and
outlook) and search toolbars. This is terribly annoying

I have a problem trying to open windows boxes in a full
screen size.  When I open a website, the sindow size IS
full screen.  When I go to the NEXT box, it ALWAYS opens
small.  How do I remedy this issue?

Is there a way to get regedit to open with all the keys collapsed, I
think that's the word. After using regedit the keys are always
expanded as they were when I last used it which makes it tedious to
get back to basics and find your way around.

My screen resolution is running at 16bit, all windows icons (desktop & start
menu & inside folders) display ok.
But, when i connect via remote desktop to this machine, all the
