Periodically the list of programs under the start button
expand to show all programs available.  Usually only the
frequently used ones show when I first put the mouse on
the "programs" button.  Although I am not placing the

Apoligies for having to ask such a dumb question but....
I customized my display settings and everything works fine
except when I move the mouse over an object such as a file
name or icon it turns blue and I cannot read the text.

I tried safe boot, de-activate sys file protection - to no avail.

After I have installed a list of the latest Windows XP
patches, I found that the computer would change the color
quality to 8 bit instead of the 32 bit which I have

I've parked way too many shortcuts on the quick launch toolbar and it takes
a while for it to open.  The conventional remedy for this would be delete or
drag items off. Is there any folder though, that would have access to the
whole quick launch toolbar that I could then drag to ...
