When I load certain weather map images, upon completion of download the image shrinks to about 50% full size. Hitting the expand window button works but is an annoying middle step.

Does anyone know how to remove the arrows that show up on

When I access folder options, and click on the view tab,
there is no option for advances settings, which there is
meant to be.  I am just enquiring as to why this is not

First, I apologize for my previously canceled post.  I somehow spaced when
typing the subject and wrote "disk cache" instead of "virtual memory."  I
actually know the difference...honest! :-)
My circumstances and my question:

my screen resolution is the lowest possible and it's not
responding when I plug in the changes.  The slider bar
won't even move!  When I turn on my computer, Windows
asks if I want to adjust the screen resolutions quality
