I can't get "Internet Shortcuts" on my desktop to launch? I'm not sure what file association I'm missing in my Folder Options?

Can anyone recommend a good free newsreader I could use for these groups.  I

I used one of your Tweaks "Repair Loss of Internet Access/Web access" Line
155..... the result stated that I had no winsock application.  In search I
couldn't find one either.   Should I be worried?  The loss of internet

I'm using XP and have two User Accounts set up.

Im trying to change the fonts for any 'text' (files, folders & drive names
ect.) that appears in Windows Explorer or My Computer.
I do not see a way to change those fonts in the Display
Properties/Apperance/Advance tabs.
