In my user account, when I change my picture, it says the change will be made to the welcome screen.  If I go to change my account name, it says the change will be made to the welcome screen AND the start menu.  How can I get a picture on my start menu?

There are four folders under "Program Files" that I can't
seem to get rid of.  I've even booted into "Safe Mode
Command Prompt Only" and deleted them, only to have them
return like some sort of UNDEAD the next time I boot into

Until today I could switch users on my machine without logging off.  Now it
wont do it without logging off first.  Is there a fix for that?  I don't use
passwords.

Well, there is not really a reward. I have tried line 30
on Kellys-Korner. I got nothing. I would have tried:

I have an HP Pavilion with Windows XP Home Ed.
It's been having some issues with the system dragging so

I tried searching through and I can't seem to get a fix

I just purchased a computer w/XP on it. I have a cable modem, always before it automatically downloaded mail. Sometimes Outlook Express will bring in the mail and sometimes I have to hit send and receive to get my mail. I am sure it is in the way it is set up, can someone help?

My hard drive is listed as local disk (F)
and when I try to install auto-installing apps (such as
games) they fail and say my drive (C) doesn't have enough
space. I don't have a drive (c)...so my question is:
