I think I have "over-tweaked" my PC using Tweak UI and
TweakXP-Pro v2.0
The start up is much slower and the screen "executing
wlnotify.dll" stays on for 30 seconds 'ish.

Ever since, each time I start my computer, the desktop loads and about 30

I am using windows-xp. I have pop up ads from a spyware
company that bedevil me every time I log on to the web.
The pop-ups launch again when I visit my yahoo inbox,
every page!
