Does anybody know how I can permanently set the login ID
and not have the ability to change?

Does anyone here know where I can find a reference regarding the
possibilities and limitations with the desktop.ini files? For example, such
a document would list and explain all possible commands.

I want to find .. i use to have wallpaper on my desktop
background a while ago and i noticed and amazed that i
dont have any background color under the icon label.. the

have to run a tweak (winsockxpfix.exe) to get it going.  This follows a bad
trojan attack which McAfee Viruscan supposedly got rid of.

My new dell XP computer ALWAYS has this "Safely Remove
Hardware" thing running in the system tray, because the CD-
rom is a removable device. I never use this function, even
when I take the drive out because really it's a useless

Is there another way to import Favorites than using the

I have a very peculier and irritating problem in windows
xp. Everytime i open a folder, it is opened in a
different window(remember win95?). This is very
irritating since i have organized my files very neatly

I just seem to have got a problem with the taskbar on my
PC.  Every time I turn the thing on, all the toolbars and
quicklaunch icon's keep changing position.  I put them
back to how I like them and carry on.  It has only

my laptop shuts down after about 15 to 20 minutes of inactivity.  I cant find were to change thisany help would be great
