How do I add Hebrew Language support to Windows XP Home

Is it possible to change the location of the documents and settings folder from the C drive to the D drive

   The selection rectangle of Windows XP is nice (if you've got a good
enough video card), but it does not seem to work when you selects stuff on
the desktop, only in folders.
   Is that by design?  Is there a way to get around it and make desktop

I have a specific taskbar/toolbars setup:
 - on the top of the screen
 - quick launch on, everything else original from WinXP off
 - 3 custom toolbars

The display properties of "My Computer" changed for no apparent reason and

Hello. I was just wondering if there is a way to change
the amount of disk space required to hibernate
