This is a new one on me... my Security software keeps giving me a slide-in
alert "the application lfnbbo.exe is trying to access the internet" then
Grant access or not?  I looked in the registry and there is no info as to
what application this refers.  I think it's spyware but ...

After initial install of XP, can you chose a different
System Name ?  I wanted that name to be a user name and
the system won't allow that... Bad choice, I guess..

Manager starts up and Narrator drones on and on.  I am
wonder ing how to disable Utility Manager permanently.  I
have found references to disabling the "Utility Manager"

Which file contains the Registry in XP pro?  I'm wondering I did an
export of the entire windows registry to a .reg and it was 122MB
so I did a search for a file greater then 10MB in my C:\windows
directory and couldn't find anything remotely resembling that size.

The Computer I am on is a shared computer and I dont want

I recently had to restore the original Windows 98 factory
settings to my PC, and I lost the "Settings" tab, so I
was unable to change my screen resolution.  I upgraded my
OS to Windows XP, but I still don't have the "Settings"
