In my address bar, how do I delete items that are in my
drop down menu?

My left pane is missing in Windows Explorer. Folder Options ->Show common tasks in folders can not be selected(It's grey)
When I select System Properties-> Advanced->Performace->Settings "Use common tasks in folders" it makes nothing

in the past items area none of the icons line up with the
right name of the objects they should be with ex. it says
