how do I change the shortcuts on the top of my keyboard
so that for example i hit messenger and it opens it, or i
hit my music and my folder comes up?

b4 I totaly lose my mind....I was trying to customize my
desktop and must have pushed a wrong button somewhere .  
Now when I click on any icon okr try to enter any
programme from the start menu, all I can see is a black

I can't get gpedit.msc to load. I keep getting an error
that says "snap-in failed to initialize. Name: Group

I found that I can use the Hide method for any window. And Because the
Taskbar is nothing but a window, I can call the Hide / Show methods for it:

I'm trying to create a desktop shortcut to a program.  Never had a problem
with this before, but now it's hanging my system.
