I've used your Picture & Fax restore and it doesn't help.
I've tried to use it in the find program with no luck.  Just a big clunk.
Which means to me the file thats used is gone..  Can yiu or somebody
tell me what file is run or used too open the MS Picture & Fax viewer.

I turn the quick launch bar on, but when i reboot it
doesn't show. So each time I boot up I have to turn it
back on.
