I just upgraded to XP Plus, from 98. There was a way on
98, to set up my mouse to where I just had to single
click. I think it was called a "hover". Basically, when I
placed my mouse over something, a file, C drive, etc. it

I suddenly cant open the add/remove programs applet in

Used to be when I right clicked on an Icon or file to get the properties is was right there by the time I moved the mouse.
Last few days I've noticed when I right click it takes 20 to 30 seconds to open whatever I clicked on.
Can anybody help.  I don't know where to start.

On XP Home, suddenly all my files, folders, and icons are underlined.
I can't find the setting to make them not underlined.  I suspect I
accidentally hit a key combination that changed them to underlined.

If I go into My Computer and right-click the C drive and choose properties
and then choose Tools and then Error-Checking, and then select automatically

of IE. IE used to open some links in the same window,but
recently it opens all links in a separate window. I can't
