In XP Pro, whenever I right click in Netscape or IE and want to "save picture as", it always wants to put it in My Pictures. Is there a way to get XP to automatically save it in a directory of my choosing?

Does anyone know how to change the default path when you go to open a file? It always goes to my docs, which I don't use for most things. I know that can be overridden in some programs, but the default for the overall system would be nice to change.

I dont want quicktime and clone cd to startup everytime I log on to windows...if I go to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run in registry editor and delete it...will this do what I want? and will it mess up anything?
