After installing SP2, I now have an icon in my
notification area that is two computers with a yellow ball
moving across them. If I disable it, it disables my
Westell DSL Modem. When I hover over the icon, it says:

Everytime I try to print something in WORD, I have to go and change my page
size/layout from a INDEX card to a standard 8.5x11.  Is there a way to make
it default ALL the time to 8.5x11 without having to change it every time I
print a document?

How can I make the Folder List be automatically visible in My Computer when I
open it instead of having all those other annoying links to places I never
go! I have tried checking the "Remember each folder's view settings" but not
sure what else can be done.

My start toolbar which is usually at the bottom of the screen is not at the
top of the screen.  When I grab it to move it I can only make it deeper.

I feel okay about a lot of MS products and how to use
