Everytime I try to print something in WORD, I have to go and change my page
size/layout from a INDEX card to a standard 8.5x11.  Is there a way to make
it default ALL the time to 8.5x11 without having to change it every time I
print a document?

How can I make the Folder List be automatically visible in My Computer when I
open it instead of having all those other annoying links to places I never

top of the screen.  When I grab it to move it I can only make it deeper.

when it comes to managing user accounts/profiles,

I right click on the desktop and select properties then
settings in the display properties. I want to lower the
screen resolution to make the icons bigger but whenever I
move the arrow left in the screen resolution to this
