How do I put the small icon with the pencil on my task

I use a batch file for backups.
I would like to use it at log off.
Is there a command line for log off that could be placed in a batch file so
that the backup would run and then log the user off?

I turn off autoplay. As a result, I have lots of problems with the drive

i have lost some files and folders in my windows folder. and

I just got a new pentium 4 3.20ghz, i have installed it into an asus P4P/E
motherboard.  The problem is the computer loads xp ok but the processor
speed reads just 1.60ghz.  I thought the motherboard could carry a processor

Explorer:
For some reason explorer doesn't remember the
thumbnailview of some folders, altough "remember folder
settings" in tools, options, view is on.

when i Click Start and drag the Run option on to my

Explorer tries to open 2 windows on start up. Can someone
