has anyone succeeded in setting up dialing rules for the UK to dial a 9 and
get an outside line via a pbx. I have put the 9 in the right box but it does
not seem to work

I do a lot of searching in a particular folder branch of
my computer. But whenever I go into SEARCH (from the
START menu), I have to click the LOOK IN drop-down, then
click BROWSE, then go locate the folder.

I have created a new user account and want to transfer
all files and folders to the new user logon.  What is the
easiest way to do this to make sure all files
(including .pst files) are moved over?

Is there a way to get the display icon to appeat in the
system tray.  There is not an option in the Settings
window that will allow me to do this.

New to XP.  Why is my background soooo white?  On old
system (Win98), programs with light features (microsoft
outlook) were still visable. They are virtually invisible
in XP.

I got Windows XP Pro, I cant save setting of toolbars in
my Taks bar, once i remove one toolbar called  search
assistant and after restarting PC its coming again.

hi,each time l set a screensaver it will not start,l set it for 5 mins,go

I have loads and loads of programs listed in 'all
programs' in the start menu.  A lot of these, however,
could be lumped together ie burning software,
spyware/adware, games, security etc etc.

Has anyone moved there Documents and Settings folder to another partition or
drive?  Have you have luck with this and how did you find out how to do it?
