How do I remove programs (yahoomessanger) permantly from
automatically starting uo when I start or re-boot my
computer. I have uninstalled the program, but the log in
icon and box still will appear on my notication bar

When I add a new program, it is placed at the end of the list in "All Programs."  Can I customize that list, even if just to alphabetize it?  

My tray icon expansion suddenly get disabled and i am not
able to access the hidden tray icons
