that they will not load when my computer starts up?

What is the best way to partition XP Pro using
NTFS file system on a 40 GB hard drive? Would a 10 GB
partition containing operating system only with the rest
of the drive containing programs work?

When I minimize a window in XP pro, instead of going on
the task bar, it goes behind it and need to use Windows
Task Manager to switch between windows. Any help please?

I have some icons on my desktop that point to particular webpages and I have
recently been preparing for a re-install of windows. I have taken this
opportunity to have a clear out at the same time.

i think i may have disabled a necessary startup file
through msconfig, can i salvage my mistake in dos? I
can't even load my computer in safe mode or dos.. does
anyone know how i can access what start up system files

what is apcab.exe?  It seems to run when I boot up and when I change users.  
It consumes enormous amounts of memory and everythings runs very slow.  It
runs for about 10 minutes then stops. Then my sytem returns to normal... at
least until I switch users.

For some reason all the tooltips as well as some
droplists' items have changed their font to a old-
fashioned system font, instead of remaining Tahoma (as
selected in the desktop properties).

I wanted to change the Hard Drive and CD Icons... So I
went from tools->folder options. I selected the Drive
under File Types and clicked advanced, changed the icon

I have to deploy Windows XP pro to 100+ PCs.  I would like to deploy all the
patches when I deploy the operating system.  Is this possible or do I have
use something like SUS after I have deployed Windows XP Pro?
