I am visually impaired and I enlarged the icons on my
desktop. This works fine, however how do I get the text
under the icon larger, bolder and in black so it is

Ho can I resize unresizable windows in Windows XP (or Win 2000)? Is
there an utility for this?
I have one program, xxxx.exe, that has only one program window which is
unresizable => I have to use scrollbar.
