After I install a new program, a shortcut is created and added into All Programs group. I discover that the new shortcut is added to the bottom of the group on some XP Pro machines whereas is added and sorted alphabetically on others. Is there any setting somewhere to control it?

For a long time now I have been dealing with what is probably the most annoying feature of windows XP, at around 50 open windows, windows XP refuses to open any further new windows at all, reguardless of type.
