When attempting to to download sp2 from the web I get an ocmsn.dll error when doing the install. Anyone else get this error? I guess I'll have to wait for the cd instead.

How do I customize the censorship of e-mail attachments into my inbox? Most e-mail attachments I receive are not highlighted so I cannot access them. Some are accessible however, and I never know which ones will be deactivated.

I was making some settings changes on a new Windows XP SP1 computer, and when I restarted the machine, I was prompted to click on the user name, but there is no name to click on. How do I fix this so I can get back into the computer? Thanks.
